We said we didn’t know where to go so a concierge lady took us to. We had had a long haul flight and just wanted to get changed and start to enjoy our honeymoon in the beautiful Barbados. They were very indifferent towards us and didn’t seem to care. No member of staff checked we were ok or offered any apology for the wait we had, or our inconvenience. After another half an hour, we were told our room wasn’t ready and told to come back in an hour (at 8.30pm). We asked what was happening and we were told to wait. 30 minutes later we were still sat there waiting and hadn’t been spoken to since, despite members of staff being at their desks. ![]() We were led to the concierge where we were told to have a seat. When we arrived at the hotel for check in at 6.30pm, we were really excited. Unfortunately it was the customer service which we experienced issues with. ![]() ![]() We loved the French restaurant, the Indian restaurant and Butch’s seafood and grill in particular. Firstly and most positively, the food was absolutely amazing in the majority of places. Unfortunately and sadly, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone after our experience. We were so excited and couldn’t wait to come and holiday here. My husband and I recently came on our honeymoon over Christmas 2022 and new year.
